Mams Taylor is a well-known entertainment industry professional and owner of the respected trailblazing multimedia management company, Proper Loud.
Taylor grew up in London, England and in 2004 he made Los Angeles his home where he returned to his first love; music. He invested into an artist and music management company he believed in at the time. This artist came to be known as Lady Gaga. Taylor has worked with a wide range of notable artists, such as Tiesto, Good Charlotte, Travis Barker, Robbie Williams, Rico Love, Billy Idol, T-Pain, Lil’ Kim, Game, Papa Roach, Snoop Dogg, Rodney Jerkins, Scott Storch, Dave Navarro, among others.
In 2009, Mams Taylor started his own management company, Premier League Music (Now known as Proper Loud), which started out representing emerging talent. His roster grew to include Grammy award winning and nominated producers, writers and artists, Rico Love, S- X, Diego Ave and more. Taylor expanded his company and broadened its range of talent on their roster to include well-known YouTubers, influencers, photographers and other areas of the entertainment industry.
In 2019, Taylor signed YouTube sensation, KSI. Taylor executive produced KSI’s debut album released in May 2020 under RBC/BMG. Taylor collaborated with BMG and crafted an innovative and clever deal for KSI to find a home for musical releases.
KSI has been a huge success story in music thus exceeding a Billion streams under Taylor's management in less than 15 months, as well as his first five singles charting worldwide and achieving #10 on the prestigious UK official national singles chart for “Down Like That” ft. S-X, Rick Ross and Lil Baby and #11 for “Wake Up Call” ft. Trippie Redd (which Taylor wrote the chorus on) #6 for Houdini and #3 for "Really Love" Feat. Craig David and DFA and #2 for "Don't Play" with Anne Marie and Digital Farm Animals. Taylor also executive produced KSI's debut album Dissimulation which became the highest selling debut album of 2020 in the UK.
In February of 2021 Music Week announced that Taylor and KSI had started their own Music Label "The Online Takeover"

Jake Morrit, was born on July 12th 1997. Growing up in Los Angeles, California, he was naturally surrounded by the entertainment industry, influencing him to make a name for himself. Jake opens the lines of communication between his clients bringing out the best creativity within them, and then puts it right in front of their ideal audience. He’s truly a force to be reckoned with in all areas of the entertainment industry.
Jake started interning at Proper Loud (formerly known as Premier League Music) under entertainment leader Mams Taylor and starting falling in love with artist management and the music industry as a whole. From his internship at Proper Loud, he started bringing in a number of clients and brand deals quickly moving his way up in the company. With Mams as a mentor, he got connected with multiple industry leaders that spiderwebbed into important relationships throughout the business. While focusing on growing their careers, Jake also took on a huge role in marketing which made him realize his passion for strategically building brands as well as management. On the marketing side, he was closing deals with renowned brands such as Fashion Nova, Fenty x Savage, Dominos, Toshiba and more. He continued expanding and started consulting for a number of independent record labels in addition to his own roster of artists. Jake proved his skill by exponentially increasing numbers across the board on all DSP and social media platforms, drastically increasing revenue for his clients. This increase of exposure organically led developing clients to land radio placement, #1 charting, and numerous editorial playlists. As of March 2021, 24 year old Jake Moritt has officially assumed the position of Vice President at Proper Loud, making him one of the youngest executives in the industry today. Alongside CEO Mams Taylor, Jake as his right hand, his goal as an artist manager is to overtake other leading management companies across various fields in entertainment.

A life long fan of music, Mark has spent the last decade working in the live music industry.
He started out on the road, crisscrossing Europe, Asia, and N. America, and doing everything from selling merch to acting as a guitar and drum technician and eventually working his way up to tour management.
This gave him an appreciation for all aspects of live touring.
He gradually built up a strong network of contacts and industry knowledge, which he used to transition into promoting and booking agent.
Working independently, Mark promoted shows in the UK up to 700 capacity and booked tours of the UK, Europe, Australia and N. America from his bedroom. This entrepreneurial skillset led to him joining The Agency Group (NKA United Talent Agency), then the world's largest independent agency, in 2013.
In 2019, Mark set up MBA Live, the Live Music and Talent Agency booking worldwide.
Becca Putt is our 29-year-old Executive Assistant from Huntington Beach, California. Becca truly contributes to the success of Proper Loud in a variety of ways. She works side by side with the CEO; Mams Taylor, and Vice President; Jake Moritt and coordinates and supervises tasks with the rest of the team.

At 22 years old, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Business from renowned entertainment school, Full Sail University. she started Eden Entertainment Group – the world’s first and only exclusive LGBTQ+ touring event company and booking agency. She now works with multiple LGBTQ+ events and pride festivals throughout the country and has gained invaluable experience in artist relations and event production. Becca started Eden Entertainment Group as an advocate for creating diversity in the music industry and wanting to fill a void in the booking world for female artists.
In the past several years, Becca has also worked in a variety of roles for S.K.A.M. Artist, Rockstar Beer festivals, and was a Headliner Experience Coordinator for Insomniac’s EDC Las Vegas, amongst others. Throughout her time working with various leading entertainment companies, Becca also completed freelance work as a music video director, graphic designer, artist management consultant, and an entertainment programmer for multiple projects and events.
John DiRe, 25, set out to build a successful music career in 2013 while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Media Studies from Suffolk University in Boston. John continued expanding his knowledge of the industry when he decided to attend graduate school to receive his Masters Degree in Business Entertainment from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.
In addition to John’s academic career, he has worked with some of the top companies in the music industry such as Live Nation Entertainment, Universal Attractions Agency, and Cumulus Media. Through working with these entertainment companies, John gained experience in Radio, live music and as a booking agent.
After graduating from Full Sail University in 2018, John moved out to Los Angeles from his hometown of Barrington, Rhode Island.
John joined the Proper Loud team working with the team in close proximity, often being referred to as a quick study and reliable.
